Every North Elevennn piece is individually inspected before dispatch. Estimated Delivery: 5–7 Business Days. Tracking details are shared immediately after shipment.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products.
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused with original packaging and tags attached.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
- Only size exchanges are permitted.
- No design or colour exchanges.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- A ₹250 exchange fee applies.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.
