EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY — NORTHELEVENN

At NORTHELEVENN, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. We want you to have the best possible experience with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchanges on eligible products.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup or any other marks

  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size. If the required size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size or store credit.

2. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available only for approved returns, such as:

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transit

For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Once the returned product reaches us and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be approved.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after return approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. SIZE / CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, colour preference or incorrect size selection.

However, eligible customers may request a size exchange within the specified exchange period.

Please carefully check the size chart available on the product page before placing your order.

4. SALE PRODUCTS

Products purchased during sale periods, promotional offers or special discounts may be eligible for exchange only and may not qualify for a refund.

The applicable terms will be displayed during the promotion or on the product page.

5. PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-order and made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the order.

Once production has commenced, such orders are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund, except in cases of an approved manufacturing defect or incorrect product being delivered.

6. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been worn or used

  • Has been washed

  • Has been altered or modified

  • Is missing its original tags

  • Has stains, makeup, perfume or other marks

  • Has been damaged after delivery

  • Is returned without original packaging

  • Is purchased as a final-sale product

7. RETURN / EXCHANGE SHIPPING

For a wrong, defective or damaged product, NORTHELEVENN will arrange the applicable return shipping after verification.

For a size exchange, applicable return/re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or verified defect on our part.

8. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

After verification, NORTHELEVENN may provide:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

depending on the issue and product availability.

9. COD REFUNDS

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will not be provided in cash.

The refund will be processed through an appropriate online payment method after the required customer details are provided.

11. QUALITY INSPECTION

All returned products are inspected before an exchange or refund is approved.
