Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products.
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection and approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are strictly allowed only for size-related issues.
- No design or colour exchanges.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours.
